Da Vinci's Secret is an original matching game in which you need to make matches of three or more adjacent balls of the same color to make them disappear from the board. The objective is to clear the board in a way that you can match the key in the lock. The difference from other matching games is that here you can move the balls all across the board to make matches, but only through empty spaces. If you can't make any match, you can move the balls, but new ones are added to the board. As you progress, the game gets more and more challenging, adding more obstacles. For instance, some of the balls are locked and you can only unlock them by making matches to them, but that ball will remain after making the match. There are also several power-ups and bonuses that you can use to win the levels faster.
The game is divided in chapters where you are told pieces of a story. The story is very intriguing, but if you are not a real fan of stories you can skip it, or if you are, you can watch all the chapters you have unlocked using Review the story button.
Regarding the graphics, they are nice and detailed. Sound effects are ok and the music is very pleasant, although a bit repetitive.
In short, Da Vinci's Secret is a wonderful matching game with an original gameplay and a good story that may attract many fans of this genre.
